This weekend in Mount Vernon Ohio, a thirteen year old girl was rescued from a kidnapping. She was found in the basement of a home “bound and gagged”. The kidnapper, Matthew Hoffman was arrested and has been charged with kidnapping and will have a bond hearing Tuesday. The girls mother, bother and family friend are still missing (three missing people: Tina Herrmann, 32, and her son, Kody Maynard,11, and Tina’s friend, Stephanie Sprang, 41).
